Our ski-In, ski-out tri-level is right on Sunday River, located directly within the trail networks. Take a steaming mug of coffee to the deck and enjoy the sweeping vista of mountain trails. You can watch the races down Monday Morning Trail from here..

The front door is 17 feet from Ridge Express, offering easy trail access. The townhouse is visible on most of the Sunday River trail maps.

Top Floor
This floor has two bedrooms and a full bath.

One bedroom has a bunk bed with a trundle, as well as a twin bed tucked into a closet (kids love this snuggly hideaway -- fine for an adult, too, as long as you don't sit up too quickly). This room sleeps four.

The second bedroom is the master bedroom. It contains two twin beds pushed together for flexible sleeping arrangements.

Middle Level
The inviting living/dining area beckons you to light a fire and relax with friends and family. A fully equipped kitchen is also on this level, but no bed or bath rooms.

First Floor
The first floor consists of a comfy "king" bedroom with gas fireplace, and a full bathroom. Like the master bedroom upstairs, this room has two twin beds pushed together.
